Petroleum Solutions, Inc. (PSI) is pleased to announce the promotion of Wes Nance to Director of Service. In his new role, Wes’s primary task will be service business development, which includes leading efforts to improve customer service, responsiveness and customer asset management in their current and future markets. Wes will also have oversight in best practices and process development for all service departments across 11 branch locations.

Wes has served the petroleum equipment industry for over 13 years; seven at Guardian Fueling Technologies out of Jacksonville, Florida. Most recently, Wes served as San Antonio Service Manager for PSI, overseeing a team of 20+ technicians.

“We value Wes’s passion and dedication to our company, and our continued growth in the service market. Team building and disciplined processes have been a few of the attributes he brings to the table through his experience and tenure. We believe that our focus on serving the industry as a whole with premier products and services will benefit from this new collective leadership,” said John Keller, Vice President of PSI.

PSI also welcomes Rob Schackart to their leadership group, as he will assume the role of DFW Branch Manager overseeing operations at their Grand Prairie location.  Rob began his career in the petroleum service and construction industry at an early age working with his father in their family-owned petroleum equipment repair business. During that time, he serviced, installed and removed underground storage tank (UST) systems, car washes and maintenance garages. After 20 years working outside the industry with a civil engineering and earth moving company, Rob felt the fueling business calling him back to his roots.

“We were glad to hear that during Rob’s extensive research trying to find the leaders in the petroleum equipment industry, PSI was the one that repeatedly came up. We are excited to have Rob lead our team in DFW as Branch Manager and look forward to the experience he brings. You can say Rob Schackart has the fueling equipment business in his blood,” said Michael Jorgenson, Regional Director of PSI.
