The final U.S. Department of State environmental assessment report on the Keystone XL pipeline could come around early September, reports the Financial Post, citing a BMO Capital Markets analyst.
The State Department is currently reviewing more than 1.2 million comments received from the public after it released its draft SEIS report on TransCanada Corp.’s proposal to transport 830,000 barrels per day of Alberta crude to Gulf Coast refineries via a 1,897-kilometre pipeline, notes the Post article by Yadullah Hussain.
