Wayne Fueling Systems (“Wayne”), a global provider of fuel dispensing, payment, automation, and control technologies for retail and commercial fuel stations will showcase two future concept fuel dispensers at the PEI/NACS Show October 19-21, 2016, in Atlanta, Georgia. These pumps of the future will be on display in the Wayne booth, located in Hall B of the Georgia World Congress Center, Booth 4931.
The Ovationfuture concept dispenser features a 25-inch display, capacitive touch technology, user identification technology and connected car applications among other innovative elements. The Helix6000 dispenser showcases applications in a European pump which includes different forms of identification such as biometrics with proximity palm sensing with an enhanced user interface. Visitors to the Wayne booth can experience demonstrations of both unique fuel dispensers.
Wayne CEO Neil Thomas noted, “The user interface on fuel dispensers has not changed significantly in over twenty years. These new dispenser concepts showcase our latest design thinking and will dramatically improve the overall motorist experience. Our goal is to engage with a broad cross section of industry participants during the PEI/NACS show to obtain valuable feedback before launching final versions of these new models in the future.”
In addition to the future concept dispensers, Wayne will have many of their current products and solutions on display in the booth. These products include: Wayne Ovation™2 fuel dispensers with multiple features and configurations including next generation touch display technology and new advanced blending applications for higher ethanol blends, the Wayne Helix™ family of dispensers, the Wayne iX Pay™ T7 secure payment terminal, the ClearView™ solution, the Wayne NAMOS™ point-of-sale (POS) system, Wayne iSense™ remote monitoring, and the inOvationTV™ media platform.
