Petroleum Solutions, Inc. (PSI), Edinburg, Texas, has announced the promotion of long-time team member Bob Bissen to the position of Commercial Sales Manager. For the past 16 years Bob has shown his hard work and dedication to PSI and the industry, and his performance in sales has been influential for PSI’s reputation in customer relations and problem resolution.
Commercial sales at PSI have always been one of their core skill sets. Over the years they have developed ongoing relationships with local municipalities and other public sector customers and hope to strengthen those relationships in the future. PSI started on this path in 2017 with a dedicated Commercial Sales Representative, Jason Cortes. Through this effort they have been able to broaden their work with existing commercial customers. In addition PSI is committed to supporting their commercial efforts with more trained service technicians across their regional offices, offering commercial customers the same level of service as their retail customers.
In assuming his new duties as Commercial Sales Manager, Bob is tasked with growing their presence in the commercial sector across Texas. While their existing commercial relationships will be maintained by current sales staff, Bob will maintain oversight over any commercial sales opportunity, including remodels and service contracts while also helping to resolve any issues that arise. In addition, he will lead training efforts on pricing strategies and new products for sales staff and supporting departments.
