The Petro Experts at Meridian are back to bring you another CEO Exchange. Bigger and better than ever, the CEO exchange will bring together Petro Owners, CEO’s, Active GM’s and next generation owners from all over the country to share their knowledge and expertise in successful business.
The CEO Exchange is the brainchild of Meridian Associates President, Betsi Bixby, who after attending many petro events, realized it was time for a different type of event, an owners only event. The CEO exchanged was designed to be a place where non-competing owners could come to share ideas, strategies and discover solutions that translate into thousands of dollars in new revenue or savings.
This year’s focus is on finding significance in your business practices not just success. Significance is not just about adding value to yourself, but rather adding value to others. The CEO Exchange provides its attendees with specific ideas they can apply to their business, not just concepts. Of course no event is complete without a lineup of all-star speakers. Betsi Bixby: After spending years as a banker and watching business after business fail from not maximizing cash flow Betsi had enough. She left her job at the bank and began helping struggling businesses, many of which were family-owned businesses. Over 20 years later Betsi is president of Meridian Associates Inc. and one of the foremost experts in the Petro and Financial World. She’s co-author of the best selling book The Soul of Success Vol. 2 with Jack Canfield, and is soon to release her own book 7 Quick Cash Fixes.
Chalmers Brothers: With a nearly 30 year career Chalmers is an expert in leadership development, human dynamics and emotional intelligence. Chalmers has worked with thousands of CEO’s spanning many industries addressing their most pressing issues on employee engagement, creating a culture of commitment and accountability, and improving the emotional well-being of the organization. For the 2016 CEO Exchange he will be sharing his newest work on moods, emotions, and missing communications in the work force.
