The TA Restaurant Group, a division of TravelCenters of America LLC, has announced the grand opening of its first Bob Evans restaurant at the TA travel center, located at I-70, Exit 126 (10679 Lancaster Road) in Hebron, Ohio.

The 4,500-square-foot restaurant includes seating for 116 guests and offers a modern farmhouse design with exposed wood trusses and polished concrete floors. The walls are adorned with Bob Evans Farm photos that help build the on the “farm” theme and make the setting more authentic to Bob Evans.

Along with the farm-fresh, seasonal ingredients and high-quality food, guests can also enjoy bakery favorites like cookies, breads and Cinnamon Blossoms that are made fresh throughout the day. Guests that are on the go can select single bakery items from the enclosed bakery case while pre-packed grab-n-go items offer a quick snack.

“The addition of Bob Evans provides our drivers and guests with yet another high quality food option along their travel route. We are excited to be able to deliver the same farm-fresh goodness and heartfelt hospitality that Bob Evans has been serving their guests for the past 50 years,” said John Ponczoch, Senior Vice President of the TA Restaurant Group.

The new Bob Evans in Hebron is open daily from 6:00 am – 11:00 pm.
