The owner of four Westchester County gas stations has agreed to pay $20,000 in penalties for raising fuel prices after Superstorm Sandy, reports The Journal News.
Sammy Eljamal, the principal owner of gas stations in Ardsley, Cortlandt Manor, Tarrytown and Yonkers, reached a settlement with New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman, reports The Journal News.
