Phil Farrell, CEO of Double Check added, “I did not want to sell the company to just any buyer. I wanted to find a company that was the right fit and one that provided opportunities for the continued success of the people, the business and a partner who would work hard to maintain the respect that Double Check has earned in the industry. Bo and D&H United were just that company.”

Phil and his team have built an outstanding operation and we look forward to supporting the growth of the combined businesses.”
Double Check Company represents the second acquisition for D&H United since partnering with Wind Point in September of 2022 and the seventh acquisition since the Company’s founding in 2015. D&H’s acquisition strategy will continue to focus on partnering with companies that provide mission-critical maintenance, testing and compliance services for fueling and electric vehicle charging infrastructure nationwide.
