“We are excited that the Bravo Fulfillment Center is completed and ready to begin operations, and we are very pleased to welcome Daniel Summers to the Bravo team at this time of expansion and continued innovation at our company,” said Bravo. “As we celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the company, Bravo’s rapid expansion is projected to double our business within five years,” she added.
“Daniel’s skillful management will maximize the Fulfillment Center’s greatly enhanced capabilities for inventory, pick/pack and rapid shipping to deliver the highest performance to our customers,” COO Ed Panconi noted. The new center will help the company meet timely delivery standards via Bravo’s local delivery trucks and delivery partners, as well as prestigious national partners including FedEx, BlueGrace Logistics and UPS.
“Our priority and our distribution center’s mission is to provide outstanding service to our customers through a greater ability to store more stock in a secure and safe environment,” Panconi added.
The goal of the new Fulfillment Center and its dedicated staff is to provide Bravo’s customers with consistent, on-time deliveries for every order. The Center’s state-of-the-art order processing software; its powerful pick, pack and ship capabilities; and its demand-driven inventory levels all play an important role in moving goods to market more efficiently and effectively.
“We are committed to continuous improvement of our products by maintaining an atmosphere that encourages creativity, interactive participation and self-improvement. We also have developed strong partnerships with our customers, founded on the trust and respect we have earned through consistent delivery of quality products,” explained Daniel Summers. “This creates competitive advantages for our customers so they, in turn, can provide better service to their customers.”
