AIMS, Inc. has announced achieving the Silver Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Competency in the Microsoft Partner Network. The Microsoft Partner Program was originally launched in October 2003; AIMS has maintained its Microsoft partner certification status since 2005.

To earn Microsoft’s Silver Competency, partners must successfully demonstrate expertise through rigorous exams, culminating in Microsoft certifications. And to ensure the highest quality of services, Microsoft requires customer references for successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

“The Silver Competency achievement demonstrates a “best-in-class” ability and commitment to meet Microsoft Corp. customers’ evolving needs in today’s dynamic business environment and distinguishing AIMS within the top 1% of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem,” said Robert Canterbury, AIMS’ president.

“By achieving the Silver Competency, partners demonstrate deep expertise and consistent capability on the latest Microsoft technology,” said Phil Sorgen, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp. “These partners show true commitment to meeting customer technology needs today and into the future.”

“AIMS has proven our expertise in specific technology areas, placing us among the top 5 percent of Microsoft partners worldwide,” said David Dorries, AIMS’ director of sales and marketing. “When customers look for a partner to meet their business challenges, choosing a company that has attained Microsoft competencies is a smart move.”
