The switch of available products at fuel terminals in mid-September has led to premium shortages and outages, and some branded agreements being temporarily waived due to lack of approved fuels to sell. Fuel retailers now have many questions on what products they can and should offer. Ethanol blends like E15 and E85 can be quite attractive considering available incentives and recent market economics.
