Universal Valve Co. is commemorating its 90th anniversary in 2022. The company is celebrating 90 years of a family-owned business, that emphasizes quality and reliability.
Universal Valve Co. was founded in 1932 by Joseph V. Milo. Robert Milo is currently the CEO of Universal Valve. Robert Milo stated that “it all started with one valve our union check valve, the 200A. From there, Universal had expanded offerings to include other original designed products that are still used today. Products like the model 870 high hose retriever, model 521KR safety valve anchor, model 303 offset and models 731 and 0613vc flat top caps.”
Universal’s President Martin Pettesch stated on the 90th anniversary, “I would like to thank all of our customer for their loyalty, we consider each of you part of our family. Universal will continue its commitment to bringing you a complete line of quality engineered valves, fittings, manholes, air towers, pipe guards, bollards, island forms, and spill containers to the service station industry.”
