Trinium Technologies, a leading provider of business software for fuel marketers and distributors, has enhanced its pay online feature of its customer web portal called Trinium Pipeline.
The latest version of Trinium Pipeline was released to customers in October with a few successful deployments already underway. The pay online feature enables the customers of fuel marketers to view and pay their invoices via the web. The latest version enables the payment to flow through to cash applications within the Trinium accounting system (Trinium-AMS). Trinium can also push the ACH information to the marketer’s bank to initiate the deposit. These new features provide additional convenience and ease of transaction processing for customers and enables a more efficient cash application process for the fuel marketer. “We’re impressed with the new pay online features Trinium added to their customer web portal. They continue to enable us to meet the growing demands for web connectivity with our customers,” said Tim Culhane, director of fleet fueling at AmeriFuel.
Trinium Pipeline is the company’s fastest growing module from a functional and customer adoption standpoint, especially on the cardlock side of the business. The web portal enables 24/7 customer access to data including invoices, transactions, credit information, price quotes, and the new pay on-line feature. Overall, adoption of Trinium Pipeline has doubled in the past few years. “We continue to receive more requests from our user groups to expand the functionality of our web portal product as customer web connectivity becomes more the norm in the fuel industry,” said Dennis Lane, vice president of Trinium Technologies.
