TravelCenters of America LLC (TravelCenters), operator of the TA® and Petro Stopping Centers® travel center brands, has announced the opening of three new restaurant concepts within the TravelCenters network. These café style eateries offer a variety of quality foods from regional favorites to familiar home cooked staples available for dine-in, carry out or call ahead.

“We know variety is vitally important to our customers and are always looking for ways to offer our guests different types of food options, while keeping the same quality and quick service they have come to expect,” said Tom O’Brien, President and CEO of TravelCenters. “The unique atmosphere and local favorites from each of these cafes will not only provide this experience, but also allow them to relax, unwind and enjoy a home cooked meal.”

Petro Café located at I-10, Exit 76, in Egan, Louisiana. The cafe officially opened on September 23, 2015. It is located at 114 Jasmine Road and open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week with breakfast hours coming soon.

The Louisiana style dining experience offers authentic Cajun classics like signature fried chicken, Po Boy sandwiches, Cajun catfish and Boudin link or ball dinners. Guests will also have a chance to try Egan’s Soon To Be Famous Bread Pudding for dessert!

Metro Deli located at I-81, Exit 178B, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The deli officially opened on October 27, 2015. It is located at 98 Grove Street and open Sunday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Metro Deli is an authentic New York style deli featuring huge sandwiches that are made with the finest meats, breads and cheeses. In fact, all of the meats at the Metro Deli are all natural, free from any preservatives, binders, fillers or antibiotics. The food is fresh and wholesome. In today’s world the sandwich is still a staple in the home and on the road!

TA Café Express located at I-80, Exit 30, in Ft. Bridger, Wyoming. The cafe officially opened on November 18, 2015. It is located at I-80 at Bigelow Road and is open from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m., seven days a week.

The new cafe expands the dining options in the network at TA Ft. Bridger, Wyoming offering home smoked favorites like smoked brisket and braised wrangler steak. The menu also offers comfort food classics like chicken fried steak, stuffed peppers and fried whitefish.
