TouchStarTM, a multinational provider of logistics and mobility software solutions, announced that it has acquired PC Systeme, a leading cloud-based telematics and mobility software provider based in Vienna, Austria.
Since 1990, PC Systeme has been providing telematics and mobility solutions to organizations across Europe, specializing in the transport and distribution industries. TouchStar will integrate the PC Systeme telematics and mobility services into its logistics and enterprise mobility solutions, creating a range of integrated solutions from GPS fleet tracking to comprehensive enterprise mobility and automated accounting solutions.
