Registration is now open for the 2026 M-PACT Fuel & Convenience Tradeshow, the premier industry event for fuel and convenience professionals across the Midwest. M-PACT returns to the Indiana Convention Center on April 14–16, 2026, with expanded education, new experiences, and the start of a two-year racing theme.
M-PACT 2026 is expected to draw more than 3,000 industry professionals from over 30 states. The excitement begins with a Night in the Infield, the all-new kick-off event that takes place at Crane Bay on Tuesday, April 14 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This immersive, race-themed experience features RC car race competitions, racing simulators, live music, and more to provide the ultimate evening of networking and entertainment to jump-start the week.
“We could not be more excited about this year’s kick-off event,” said Alex Boehnke, OECA Executive Director. “Racing is synonymous with Indianapolis and we’re embracing that over the next two years, as we prepare for our 25th anniversary in 2027. There are so many ways for attendees to enjoy their M-PACT week, and I believe we are truly offering a first-class experience for everyone.”
Attendees can also look forward to expert-led education sessions covering essential topics in operations, marketing, leadership, technology, advocacy, and more. Highlights include “Winning with the Generations” led by Kristine Sexter, “Marketing in Your Community” led by Nick Triantafellou of Weigels, and “Overcoming Valuation Concerns” led by Steve Griffin of Downstream Energy Group.
A staple of the show is the exhibit hall, which currently features over 250 exhibiting companies, including 15 first time exhibitors. Across the two day exhibit hall, attendees enjoy uninterrupted tradeshow floor hours to ensure plenty of time to explore new products, meet exhibitors, and build valuable business relationships without competing with other interests.
“M-PACT has been so successful over the last two decades because of our long-term partners and exhibitors,” said Nate Harris, CEO of the Illinois Fuel and Retail Association. “With over 250 exhibiting companies currently, including 15 first-time exhibitors, we fully expect to surpass the number of exhibiting companies from previous shows. With the addition of the Exhibitor Cup Awards, I believe our show floor will reach an all-new level of excitement.”
Registration is now open for attendees and teams across the industry. Those planning to attend are encouraged to secure their spot early and take advantage of the early bird discounted pricing, which expires on March 17.
