The new supply point expands Phillips 66’s existing Group II and Group III base oil network and creates new logistics options for its customers.

In conjunction with Phillips 66 Base Oils’ existing Group III supply points in New Orleans, Louisiana; Savannah, Georgia; McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania; and Los Angeles, California, the new location provides an additional product sourcing choice for Ultra-S customers. The Houston location is accessible to customers via truck, rail and barge, and is supported by the experienced customer service staff and highly trained technical experts of Phillips 66 Base Oils.
