Linq3, a groundbreaking technology solution provider, announced today the creation of a new team for the sales expansion and evangelization of its Play at the Pump Program. Top industry veteran Cassie Stewart Mullen, formerly of PSI and Neumayer, and Bryan Crossan, formerly of Gilbarco and Dresser Wayne have joined Linq3 to form the core of a petroleum retail sales organization.

The group will work with existing and new retail customers to implement and enable Lottery transactions via Play at the Pump.  Currently, Play at the Pump on Gilbarco’s Passport version 10 coincides with the piloting of the program in Minnesota and Missouri, and will soon be launched in North Carolina and California.

Cassie joins Linq3 with 20 years’ experience in the C-store and Petroleum equipment and service business, working in Missouri for Neumayer Equipment and P.B. Hoidale as Director of Sales and Marketing and then in Texas with Petroleum Solutions Incorporated, PSI.  In her most recent capacity, she oversaw a 19-person service and equipment sales team at one of the largest petroleum servicers in North America.

Bryan served most recently as Director of Marketing at Gilbarco Veeder-Root, and has served in marketing and product management roles for both Gilbarco and Dresser Wayne.  In this role, he oversaw new ROI-driven initiatives, including Play at the Pump and Impulse, as well as other channel partner sales development.

“With the majority of gas customers purchasing at the pump and never visiting inside the store, the Play at the Pump lottery solution provides an opportunity for storeowners to increase their revenue through additional distributions points on property,” said Daniel Cage, Linq3 CEO.  “And since the transaction experience is interactive, it supports the busy lifestyle of those customers not going inside.”

Play at the Pump provides the state required and approved age verification at the pump. Players are able to receive notification via cell phone of the numbers that were played.  Players will be notified on their cell phone when they win a prize, and if it’s under the taxable limit, winnings will be deposited back onto their payment card.  For more information visit www.playatthepump.com.

Linq3 will be providing demos of its Play at the Pump and Play at the ATM capabilities at the Southwest Fuel & Convenience Expo, booth #732, on Wednesday, May 14 and Thursday, May 15.
