FLEETCOR Enters into Full Outsourcing Private Label deal with Russian Fuel Retailer

FLEETCOR Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:FLT), a leading global provider of commercial payment solutions, announced today that as part of an acquisition transaction it has entered into a long-term exclusive agreement to manage the commercial fuel card program for GES Roznitsa.

Under the terms of the agreement, FLEETCOR will provide a full range of transaction processing and program management services for GES Roznitsa’s branded fuel card product.
