D&H United Fueling Solutions, Inc. and Wind Point Partners are pleased to announce that Wind Point has partnered with the existing management team, including CEO, Bo Sasnett to complete a recapitalization of the company.
D&H is a leading provider of testing, inspection, repair, and installation services for fueling stations and electric vehicle charging infrastructure across the United States, operating a network of 16 branch locations with over 570 team members. D&H and Wind Point intend to expand on this track record with an organic and M&A growth strategy oriented around growing D&H’s technician base, adding density in existing service territories, enhancing its scope of services, and expanding to other regions of the U.S. Additionally, D&H and Wind Point will introduce a company-wide incentive program to recognize D&H’s critical contributors, including its field technicians and support staff.
