From now through Nov. 10, Citgo is giving away $34,000 in Citgo Gift Cards to consumers who visit one of nearly 500 stations in San Antonio; Atlanta; Tampa, Fla.; and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Pa., as part of the Citgo “Good Stuff Giveaway.”

During the six-week promotion, Citgo and its network of locally owned locations will give away 10 $100 gift cards weekly in each city for a total of 240 instant winners, the company said. All entrants will be automatically entered into a random drawing for one grand prize in each city: a year’s supply of gasoline given in the form of $2,500 in gift cards.

Customers enter by visiting their participating local Citgo and scanning a QR Code or sending a text with the key word that can be found on point-of-purchase materials. Nearly 50 independent Citgo marketers across the four cities are participating in the giveaway and every Citgo-branded station in the four markets is included in the campaign.

Citgo, based in Houston, is a refiner, transporter and marketer of transportation fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and other industrial products. The company is owned by PDV America, Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Petroleos de Venezuela, S.A., the national oil company of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
