The winners of the 2025 C-Store Manager Awards have been announced, recognizing outstanding store and district leaders who exemplify excellence in operations, leadership, and customer experience across the convenience retail industry.
The awards were presented during the NACS Show in Chicago at McCormick Place on October 16, 2025.

This new award honors Greg Hendricks for his outstanding contributions to operational excellence and leadership within the convenience retail industry. Beginning in 2026, this recognition will be presented annually as the Greg Hendricks Operational Achievement Award.
