Murphy USA recently honored Tanknology, the global leader in environmental compliance testing, inspection services and fuel quality solutions, with their 2021 “Rising Star” award for innovation. Tanknology received the award for the development of the patent-pending TankCam.
Murphy USA’s Rising Star Award cites Tanknology for “the development of ‘Camera in Tank’ insights. Giving us a real look at what is going on inside of our tanks the ability to get to a real root cause.”
Tanknology’s high-definition TankCam provides a cost-effective and detailed look inside fuel storage tanks. TankCam inspections use state-of-the-art remote video technology help clients clearly see structural or lining problems, such as cracking, blistering, de-lamination or corrosion.
El Dorado, Ark.-based Murphy USA is a retailer of gasoline and convenience merchandise with more than 1,650 stores located primarily in the Southwest, Southeast, Midwest and Northeast U.S.
