The Fuels Summit is more than just conference; it is a gathering that brings together petroleum marketers and convenience retailers to connect the food and fuel industries in Texas. The event hosted by the Texas Food & Fuel Association was held September 21-23 at the Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, TX. Participants were able to visit with colleagues, meet new people, and hear presentations from industry leading experts.

Over 120 attendees, representing 83 companies, took part in networking opportunities including a golf tournament, reception, and luncheon headlined by Sid Miller, Commissioner of the Texas Department of Agriculture.

Additionally, there were seven speakers who presented timely information involving new regulatory mandates, management tools, and technology solutions. An average of 75 attendees participated in each educational session.

The Fuels Summit harnessed the power of digital communication and social media to promote the event, with the #txfuelssummit reaching over 18,000 twitter users.
