ADD Systems is pleased to announce the expansion of their retail applications team with the addition of Lisa Rau, a full-time Retail Software Support Representative.
The ADD Systems management team is excited to have Lisa on board. Lisa graduated with an Associates of Liberal Arts degree from Lehigh Carbon Community College. She brings with her 35 years of customer service experience, including time at Air Products and Chemicals, where she supported global software for purchasing applications. “Lisa is dedicated to providing excellent customer service while supporting accounting systems.” said Chris Kiernan, Director of Retail Applications. “Listening to our clients and assisting them with their success is our priority. I’m excited to have Lisa and her skill set as part of our team.”
When asked about her time so far at ADD Systems, Lisa said, “I enjoy learning and working with different types of software. For example, the Scan Data program for cigarette rebates has been a challenge that has kept me busy with analyzing data. An added bonus is that everyone here has been such a pleasure to work with.”
